BBC, an acronym for Billionaire Boys Club, is a fashion brand established in early 2003. The luxury fashion house “BBC Ice Cream” is renowned for producing and branding assorted products, such as T-shirts, hats, shorts, towels, and skateboards.
Billionaire Boys Club Ice Cream Brand was founded by Pharrell Williams, an American record producer, rapper, singer, songwriter, and fashion designer. The iconic rapper anticipates launching a pool festival in Virginia Beach to celebrate his hometown’s cultural heritage. This is Williams’ first project since joining Doodles as a chief brand officer in June 2022.
Under the new integration, the two brands will launch an NFT collection alongside branded apparel goods like T-shirts, hats, shorts, towels, and skateboards. The collection has been designed using bright colours and features Doodles cartoon images.
Doodles Begins Its Media Vision Journey
The new apparel collection will range from $50 to $165. All proceeds from the NFT will go towards Williams’ Yellow educational nonprofit organization. While commenting about the new NFT collection, Brandon Rosenblatt, head of partnerships at Doodles, remarked:
“We’re excited to work with Pharrell’s iconic skate brand Ice Cream on our first pop-up collaboration at Something in the Water Festival. This collection marks an important first step on our collaborations and apparel journey. Expect to see more partnerships like this as Doodles expands further into the lifestyle vertical.”
The new brand partnership appeared just a few weeks after Doodles announced that it had evolved from an NFT project to a media franchise. Doodles NFT collection envisioned becoming a leading top-tier media franchise in the long term.
